What we do with the information we gather

Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you don’t confirm the transaction. We may also send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed, which you can opt-out of any time.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
